I brought my car in because the a/c was so loud when running. It was replaced with a used part, at my request. The thing is, as I got in to leave, I went back in to tell them that the noise is still there...just not as loud and a different pitch. I was told, " I'm sure you are good." That noise is still there. I feel like somehow the symptoms were treated, but not the root cause. If it were actually fixed, it shouldn't have had any noise to it at all.

I enjoyed working with the professionals at Toole's garage. The work performed was thorough and included detailed pictures of the work performed before and after the work was done.

How dare you disrespect women customers. Telling a woman to pick up her car and deal with you because she exposed how you’re ripping her off! Free car check for men but $200 for a woman? Are you for real?

I was a little late dropping the car off and the gate was already closed. I could see a couple people inside, so I parked and waved my arms. They let me in and brought my car in and even gave me a ride home because it was 100° outside still. Thanks for going the extra mile, or 3/4 mile, guys! Car was ready to go by noon the next day.

Just brought my car in there just to get my A/C fix but they wanna inspect all the parts and charge me over 1000$ just to get it done. I’m cool…on top of that they broke pole to keep the hood up. At least snap it back in. And tell me yall accidentally took it off. But i guess. Y’all charge and arm and a leg to get stuff fix while you can go to pep boys to get it done cheaper

We found a damaged refrigerant line on your AC system possibly caused by the collision damage to your car, and it costs under $600 to fix it. The other prices were for maintenance services we recommended due to the condition of components and mileage on your car, but they were not related to your AC system. Your hood-support rod and the bracket associated with it were also damaged when you arrived due to the collision, so we did our best to put it back in place. You have a leaking refrigerant hose, so the do-it-yourself recharge that you tried with a can of Freon didn't work. You'll need to replace that AC line in order to get your AC system operating correctly again, and we'll be happy to help you with that whenever you're ready.
