Was quoted 2.5 hours of labor for work that takes about 10-30 minutes. Plus over double the list price for the parts. Never coming here again VERY POOR service, they’re nice to you when they want your money but then when it’s time to pay and you ask questions about the work they did, they act like the mafia. If you love wasting your money or putting it in the pockets of evil people come here! Bruce & Jack are gone forever

You brought your car to us to diagnose hesitation during acceleration and stalling, so we began with some testing and analysis to diagnose the cause of your symptoms, then recommended an initial repair to replace some ignition control parts that failed our tests, followed by continued testing to find the remaining issues. The labor time included that additional diagnostic work, not just the installation of the module and condenser. One of the reasons that so many customers love our shop is that we take the time to fix your car right the first time, and that often requires diagnosing the root of your performance problems rather than simply guessing and replacing parts. We tested many of the components of your ignition system to determine what appeared to be working correctly and what did not, and that's often key to a reliable repair. They are amazing at this garage. They show you everything that is wrong using pictures. Love the honesty. Well I ended back up at Tools garage. A very large big rig tire hit my car, as I ran over it on the freeway, it had done some damage underneath the car. As well as the steering. Not so much body damage but it no longer ran correctly. As soon as I got back home I called Tools and asked them to look at it for me. They were once again amazing. They took my car right away . I was right as my car needed fixing. Tools garage walked me through each step . They sent me pictures of every part that had to be replaced as well as explaining to me what it was and why it needed to be replaced. As a female who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars, I trust Tools Garage with repairs to my car. I have been screwed by garages in the past. So finding Tools garage is a blessing. I just can’t say enough good things about their work ethic and professionalism. Thank you for being so honest with me. Love you guys. PS They also picked me up when it was time to get my car.
