I'm new in the Stockton area and I was looking for repair shops that specializes in Mercedes. I called one repair shop on Google and the person who answered the phone stated that they do not specialize in Mercedes and recommended Toole's. Boy!! I'm so happy he did because it was the greatest experience I've ever had with a repair shop. Rafael gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Rafael stayed in contact with me the whole way via phone and or email explaining the process, sending pictures of my car, recommendations regarding repair and pricing. If Rafael was off that day, then another repair tech I believe his name is Alex who was very pleasant would call or text to give me updates on my car. Overall, I had a great and wonderful experience. From my experience Toole's is very big on their tech giving great customer service. I have so many more great things to say about Toole's and not enough space. I would recommend Toole's to my family and friends in a heartbeat!!

All the staff that assisted me was professional and courteous. They take time to explain the situation of your vehicle in detail. Idk about the pricing. Some other shops were less expensive but cheaper isn’t always better. I’d recommend them.

We set a pretty high bar for ourselves, Nate, and that means hiring the best technicians and service advisors, buying top-quality diagnostic tools and software, and paying for professional training and certifications so our staff remain current and even ahead of the technical curve. We want to keep your car in top shape and also fix it right the first time, so you can go back to doing what you do. As nice as our shop is, we know you don't want to spend the day here! Toole's is my go to auto shop. Always excellent customer service. They explain everything to you in detail with pictures step by step. Their work is top tier at a reasonable price. I only go to them. My dad was a mechanic for 30 years until he retired. You find a good shop. Stick with them.

Took them a car on a pre purchase inspection and they were very thorough and very informative on what everything was and everything they saw to allow me to make the most informed decision.
