I'm new to Stockton and I definitely trust my car with these guys. They use an online system to post their progress, while uploading photos so you can see what they see. They were very accommodating, offering me a ride to my work because this took most of the day to complete (staff was shorthanded from illnesses). Despite being shorthanded (which is frustrating all around), I don't think I ever encountered a staff more friendly and approachable than them. I feel their prices are fair and they didn't force any suggested repair upon me. I can see why they were booked for weeks. But I know I will keep coming back here. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

My experience at Tooles was all positive. People were all very nice, I did not have to stand around waiting for someone to help me. The cost for what my car required was very reasonable. They got my car back to me the same day. I definitely will use Tooles again. I highly recommend Tooles.

I have never worked a finer bunch of mechanics in some time. I have been used to taking my vehicle to another mechanic, but I had to find another Mechanic when they couldn't help us. I found this place which isn't too far from my home and I have had an awesome experience. Good quality work, with outstanding customer support.

Not ready when they actually tell u when it'll be ready.dont call you if and when's it's ready .left my car with low oil warning light low oil popped up after one day driving from shop.

Very professional, polite, fast and thorough. They outline ever service and every cost. Loved the vintage building. Shuttle service when you drop off your vehicle.
