Great service overall! I came in for my maintenance to be taken care of & the staff at Toole’s found some other issues alongside while servicing my vehicle & to which I appreciate & have being taken care of. The only thing I have to say is as a first time customer here is that I like to be communicated in regards to if my vehicle would have be staying overnight & no one answered the phone when I called several times within 5 minutes of them closing, grant it it’s busy no matter what time but please let me know if my car had to stay overnight for whatever reason. What if I had to be at work in morning or if I had kids to take the school in the morning? That’s the only con I have. I now know better for any future appointments to leave a day or two ahead free in my schedule in case my vehicle needs to stay overnight. I really like how they send invoices via text / online & you can pay ahead of time once they have calculated your total. I really like that feature for a mechanic shop
