Took vehicle in because check engine light came on. Turns out there was a lot more wrong with my vehicle. A course I thought 'here we go this place is a shame'. However, tools garage did a wonderful job provide me with update txt and pictures during inspection. It really dispell any negative feels and made me feel part of the process. They also worked to get my vehicle repaired with a affordable pricing. Highly recommend

I went to get an oil change. I figured it would be on the higher side for to my vehicle having high mileage. I opted for the premium oil change and I'm happy I did it. I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for". Toole's is very thorough with the 30 point inspection. I received updates and pictures throughout. I loved my experience! Rafael was amazing and very knowledgeable of the process, answering all of my questions. He even told me about a cool feature my vehicle has that I was unaware of. Thank you for that!! This will be my new oil change spot... check em out!
