Can't say enough good things about this place. In today's day and age it's hard to find a business like this, with integrity and that respects your time and money. From the very first phone call, they made me feel like they were gonna do everything in their power to take care of me and they did that and more. They saved me loads of money as my car was previously misdiagnosed and kept me up to date every step of the way. They have certainly earned a new customer.

Toole's is tops for keeping you informed on their diagnostic findings and repair progress, providing electronically and in person, their findings and repair status. They provide pictures of the process giving transparency to the customer. They certainly outperformed any auto shop I have ever been to. So, if you are the type of customer that likes to be included in your auto repair decisions, with clarity on the process, these guys hit the mark. They also provide great in person consultation and progress reporting. Very professional! If nothing can be rated "perfect", this facility comes very close! I took my moms 2009 mini cooper S to Toole’s for service outside the dealership for the first time. I was very impressed by the hospitality and service you get here. They greeted me kindly when I entered the lobby and listened to me. Their process is very detailed through the computer where you see everything they plan to do on the car and they communicate often with you. I have to say I was impressed and felt valued as a costumer. We will be going there from this point on to get our car serviced. Thank you Jess for your service.

I started out looking for a shop that will do engine work. Found these guys on-line. Excellent customer service. Communication from the front office was outstanding. Thorough and competent diagnoses with photos. Estimates, follow-up, and discusions regarding options were all top-notch. So far it appears that the engine work is a succcess.

Very nice and courteous people. Raphael was a true gem. He patiently and happily answered all my questions with the greatest of detail. No complaints on the repairs they did to my car that were also done in a timely matter. I must say that they are a little pricey, but for the better part I am satisfied and can sleep with confidence that my car is good to go. 4.5 stars. Thank you, folks.
