Absolutely love bringing vehicles to these guys, highly recommend! I work with Red Cross, and manage our Fleet, we have a contract with Toole’s and take care of all our vehicles. If we are unable to bring the vehicle to them, they will come pick up, if they need the vehicle overnight they will drop me off at my office, then pick me back up when the vehicle is ready! It’s never a dull moment when they see me pulling up or walking in. They are hilarious and so very nice! Just be careful, if Alex takes you home or picks you up be very nice and don’t look at him while he is driving….. you will break him and he may start crying and breakdown. I learned that the hard way a few days ago! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sorry Alex, I know for next time, I promise I won’t call you names anymore or look at you…or just be a man and deal with it mister! 🤣😂😁 ❤️PSA- above statement about Alex is a joke! Alex is pretty freaking awesome just like all the other guys that work there! This was an inside joke other guys and I messed with Alex about!❤️ I highly recommend talking to these guys about any and all vehicle issues, (old, new, big, small, minor and/or major) they will take great care of you and at a great price! Thank you Toole’s Garage for working with Red Cross and getting our vehicles back in service as soon as possible. These vehicles are crucial for getting blood to the hospital asap to save people’s lives, so thank you for everything you do for us! ❤️

Best place to get your car done whatever needs to be fixed customer service a+ double a Plus they whole service all around double a Plus recommend anybody that got a car that's messed up to bring it to them

Honest people that do quality work!!! It can be intimidating dealing with car issues, but these guys are great all the way around. I love the dashboard that they provide to keep up on everything that’s going on in real time. I highly recommend them.

I highly Recommend Toole's garage. Excellent customer service keep you updated and informed during the process of maintenance on your car. They respond quickly. Jess was very amazing. His customer service was Excellent. Responded quickly to my text or email kept me updated with my car. I was having trouble sometimes with my car starting. I don't have that trouble anymore. My car is running great.. I finally found my auto repair shop. No need to go anywhere else. As I mentioned earlier, excellent customer service. I am one happy customer.

Their service was prompt and courteous and their work was billed as quoted. As we are a one-car family, they took me home and picked me up when my AC was repaired. This was a very pleasant experience.

I will say probably the worst auto shop I have ever been to. I placed my car there to get the electrical work done. They gave me an outrageous quote. I still approve the quote because money is not an option. The car has sentimental value to me. I was contacted days laterby the general manager of the shop to say it’s gonna cost too much for you to fix this car we don’t wanna have any dealings with it as I explain money is not an option. My car was returned to me without a single thing because the shop assume and I’m not gonna say it was race space but apparently they assume I didn’t have the money to fix the car. I explained to them it was my daughter’s car before she passed away and I was working on restored the car. I had by the general manager of the shop to say it’s gonna cost too much for you to fix this car we don’t wanna have any dealings with it as I explain money is not an option. My car was returned to me without a single thing done because the shop assume and I’m not gonna say it was race space but apparently they assume I didn’t have the money to fix the car. I explained to them it was my daughters car before she passed away and I was working on restored the car. I had just recently taken 20,000 out of my 401(k) to start on bringing the car back up to its pristine condition . It was so sad that I was pushed away by the shop for no apparent reason I was called by the general manager just to say it’s gonna cost you too much to fix the car so we’d rather not dig into it. Mind you I only wanted them to replace the electrical harness. They were not doing the restoration of the car , so this is mainly bother me on top of that I’ve already approved you to put in a $300 battery and to do a $400 electrical inspection which neither was that completed I would not recommend the shop if you look like you are from the community

Don, your vehicle had an engine bay fire causing damage to wiring and other systems. Damage from fire can require extensive diagnostics and repairs with unpredictable hours from a specialized technician. Our shop manager chose to decline the large project, and not charge you anything, because of our commitments to customers' cars that are already at our shop. These decisions are not easy to make yet sometimes a necessity. We are sorry you are unhappy with our decision.
